Is Endometrin a safe substitute for Progesterone In Oil?

My Dr suggested using Endometrin instead of Progesterone in Oil, but also called Endometrin "experimental".

Many are using Endometrin, whereas it was noted to be superior to Crinone for luteal support for IVF, it is unclear if it's as efficacious as Progesterone in Oil (PIO). Endometrin is actually not experimental anymore and can be given. It is more expensive than PIO, but some find the convenience of a suppository worth it than an Intramuscular Shot
