I have a POCS. I have already gone through 5 cycle of clumid with IUI was not successful. After that in last June doctor perform a laparoscopy on me. Now I am on Bigomet (500 mg) twice a day and Latrose(2.5 mg) for this cycle. I was not ovulating in this cycle. How many cycles should I try with dose? Is clumid is better than Latrose?

Is Letrozole the same as Femara? If so, I am in a similar situation. I did three rounds of Clomid and, when that didn't work, my RE put me on Femara and Follistim injections. I also have PCOS -- isn't it a drag!?? So far, with the Femara/Follistim, I have responded somewhat better than when I was on Clomid. Fingers crossed :)
