Is brown spotting three weeks after laparoscopy/hysteroscopy normal?

So long as all gyne exams are normal, many would be Ok with this, but like always, let your doc know especially if it increases

I had my post op Monday and she said all was good (she did not do a full on examination..just looked at incisions and said they looked great). I started the spotting after I went to see her. I found out I have endometriosis and she did alot of "cleaning it up" on uterus...in uterus..both tubes..and one ovary. I am just assuming this is post surgery healing but just want to make sure.
