hello, i had a tubal reversal in feb. it was 6 weeks after the surgery that i had my first period. i have always had 28 day cycles but the second period after the reversal was 2 days early and since then they have been at least a week late.
is this normal, why are my periods suddenly so late and irregular?
thank you!

There is very little to no correlation between your periods and the tubal reversal. In fact, your periods by definition are still regular, meaning you get them at least every 35 days. Very few women maintain regular 28 day periods, and wouldn't worry too much about this. What you're experience appears to be more coincidense. If your periods are getting greater than 35 days and you're trying to get pregnant, you may benefit from Clomid. Longer cycles can also be due to increase in weight in some women, creating PCOS and is also something to be considered.
