There is very little to no correlation between your periods and the tubal reversal. In fact, your periods by definition are still regular, meaning you get them at least every 35 days. Very few women maintain regular 28 day periods, and wouldn't worry too much about this. What you're experience appears to be more coincidense. If your periods are getting greater than 35 days and you're trying to get pregnant, you may benefit from Clomid. Longer cycles can also be due to increase in weight in some women, creating PCOS and is also something to be considered.

I tell ya, marriage can do that to ya :) I know you're still Ok, but it's about now when PCOS starts kicking in. What anyone can do to help PCOS is to lose a little weight, and that in itself, should help you to ovulate and get pregnant. Otherwise, a good trial of metformin and Clomid should do the trick after a PCOS work-up after visiting a doc.
