My husband and I are trying to conceive but lately it has been impossible. I have not had my menstrual cycle since the end of 12/07. I am not pregnant so I do not understand why my cycle has stopped all together.

Is there anything that I can go on to regulate my menstrual cycle but also still be able to try to get pregnant?

My midwife and a few friends suggested acupuncture... haven't found one I liked yet. Has pretty good success rates. The only medical regulation method I know is th birth control pill because that's what they had me on to regulate me before I stopped to TTC. Hopefully somebody else has a better answer!

Acupuncture and Fertility supplements can help, but foremost would be to get a medical evaluation to see why you're missing periods...Thereafter, medications (such as clomid)can be given to get you to ovulate so that you can get pregnant, and this can be done in conjuction with the supplements suggested...
