Instructions for Gonal F pen!

So here we go, I went seen a new Dr an he has perscribed me a Gonal F pen now I surposed to inject myself twice a day! I was just a little confused as he did say something bout bring on a bleed with primloutN! He didnt perscribe me an tablets? just perscribed me the pen an stuff! He said when I get a bleed we will go from there, so does this mean I use the Gonal F pen an inject myself untill I get a bleed? will it bring on my af?
