is there any relaible and accurate procedure to determine the age of a baby in the womb?

An ultrasound or maybe even an amniocentesis could tell you the approximate age of the baby.

i agree with sar...an u/s would get u the age of the baby, or the amniocentesis

Ultrasound, the earlier it is done, can be fairly accurate, especially early in the first trimester...

however, in the third trimester, not quite as accurate

An amniocentisis, however, can not determine gestational age
