I am a 40 yr old that had my tubes done with a laser process can this be reversed? and if so how high are my chances of getting pregnant again?

At 40 y/o, there is a significant drop in fertility...so much so that tubal reversal would not be recommended. Your best bet would be to go through IVF, and even the success rates of this are still low. You should visit an RE immediately for more info, and can find one through this site near you (please rate so that we can all learn from our experiences) Good luck, and keep us posted!
