after three years of marriage i do not have any baby.my all tests are ok,i.e flopien tubes,scan and my husband's spurms examination, activ mortial 55%. what is the reason.

if all blood tests, scans and sperm tests are normal,then u have unexplained infertility. u have to talk to a Reproductive Endocrinologist (a Dr specializing in fertility) and he will suggest the next step, mostly pills + IUI. Also ask the Dr abt a pill called clomid.
