Implantation/Preg Symptoms?

Today I am about 9 DPO and yesterday I had just a bit of pink on the toilet paper and dark brown discharge today. I've also felt a little queasy, bloated, crampy, and dizzy. I felt a little hot today at work, but so did my male co-worker - ha! Could these be implantation symptoms? I do worry about having another miscarriage, but I still want to know. I think I will test later this week.
