Implantation bleeding...
I have been looking online about implantation bleeding and I am only finding details that it is light. My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now and I was put on metformin (low progesterone) june 29th. My periods have been normal. Right on time to the exact day(28 day cycle). My normal AF symptoms are strickly cramping ...thats it. This month I have had on and off cramping since ovulation, heartburn(really bad), VERY tired, VERY emotional and increase in appetite. I was suppose to start my AF tomorrow but I started bleeding today. So far it has been so light there isn't even a drop on my pad and normally it is very heavy. Also what on the tp seems to be stretchy. sorry if thats all tmi. It started brown and is now like a light pink kind of red color. I was just wondering if this could possibly be implantation bleeding or if I am just denying the fact that this month was unsuccessful again. Thanks in advance!!

Do you think it would be out of line for me to ask my doc to put me on the clomid. She insisted when she put me on the metformin for me to try just that until January. My sister had to use clomid to conceive and I have been ttc since march 06. I just wasn't sure if I had the "right" I guess you could say to tell her I wanted to start the clomid.
Hey Ethie- some of your symptoms can of course, unfortunately fall into the progesterone, pregnancy, and metformin categories... THAT SUCKS and is so confusing...
Id say to take an HPT, and if its neg, then maybe AF is right around the corner- and I would DEF push for some clomid, or some kind of help. Maybe it will be positive and you wont need to worry about that...

Implantation usually starts to occur about 6dpo, so it seems a little too late for this to be it and everything seems to be more consistent with AF along with typical Metformin side-effects (fatigue, moodiness, heartburn...yep, definately Metformin)
