Welcome back Michaela! Sorry to hear of you m/c in Oct. But it sounds like things are moving in a positive direction with the the docs. It's great that you are remaining positive too! There has been a huge run of BFP lately....maybe yours will soon follow!! Baby dust!

Hi Michaela, Welcome back to the site and I am very sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage in may last year and have been trying since with no luck. This website is great. I am not sure why but when I read a story similar to mine it helps

I'm definitely trying to stay positive now, you guys. I went through so many months of frustration and disappointment that i think i'm just used to negatives by now. It doesn't make me as "sad" each month (as it used to). It just makes me "pissed!" It's like, "Well, there's ANOTHER month down!" Ugh-- I just want my positive--and i want it to stay this time.

I got my progesterone level checked today, so i should know something by Thursday. Hopefully it's good news for me, but we still won't know about hubby until the end of the month. If i turn up pregnant, all is well!! If not, it's off to get him tested. I'd MUCH RATHER it be ME than him, b/c my doc said they'd put me on progesterone medicine to boost those levels, but if it's my hubby with a low sperm count, it's onto IUI--much more complicated, involved, and expensive than prescribing me pills!!!

So please pray that if it's either of us, it's me. Well, i'll keep you all updated as i know more. Thanks for all your support. It's great to be back!!

Well, if my doc is right, i'll get pregnant this month, b/c he said, "Yeah, you and Jolene (my BFF) will probably get pregnant the same month!" So it's up to me, girl. Maybe i should come over and rub your belly for good luck!!

I know your frustration thats for sure, because those 6months that I was trying and not knowing I couldnt have gotten pregnant beat me up REALLY bad. But like everything you get through it, and on the other side even though it may take some time, well something is very great and beautiful on the other side :)

Michaela, good luck on your progesterone test and I hope it's a good high number :)

I'm gonna pray that nothing is wrong with either you or your hubby!! Your doctor seems right on target with things. Are you using opk's or doing bbt's? It would be just awesome if you get preggers with Jolene :) My sister and I were pregnant at the same time with my second and her first and we were two months apart (that was 11 yrs ago) but it was a lot of fun to compare notes and bellys. lol :) Our kids are very very close, I mean their cousins but more like BFF!

Hey Sar22222, thought i'd update you in case you didn't see my listing on "progesterone results".

Well the nurse called me back last week with my progesterone results. She said, "well it doesn't look like you ovulated." I said, "really? i finally got a positive this past saturday, which was my CD 18, which was really late, considering last month i got a pos on day 9!" She said either i didn't ovulate at all, OR if i did, the prog level was way too low, and she only knew of a few women that got pregnant with levels that low.

So if i get my period my the end of the month, they're gonna start me on Clomid. Also, if i do start my period, we'll get Jack's test done right away. So i guess either way, we still don't know too much, until we know Jack's results.

I called them back the next day to get the actual # of my prog level and she said it was 2.6. She said it should've been between 10 and in the teens, and she just kept telling me it was so low, even in the case that i had just ovulated a few days prior. I ovulated late, so it had only been 2-3 days dpo when i got the prog test, instead of the 7dpo you usually hear about. But she said it may've been a little higher if they waited a few more days, but not that much, so i really don't know what to think.

I noticed my nipples started getting really sore yesterday, which has never happened before my period, so i'm hoping that's a good sign, and i usually get a brown discharge within a week of my period, as a sign it's coming, and that HASN"T happened, so i'm keeping my spirits up, and hoping that this could still be our month.

I'm testing on Friday, so i'll keep you posted!!!

and Sar22222, my sis-in-law and i were both pregnant 4 years ago (i have a 3 1/2 yr old daughter, Savannah). And we were just 3 months apart (i was ahead) so it really WAS neat to go through it with someone so close and compare feelings and all. She said it helped to have me, too, b/c although she had already been pregnant with her first, it had been 4 years prior, so she forgot a lot, and since i was a few months ahead, i could prepare her for things she forgot! So it was a really neat experience.

I really hope this is the month for me, or short after, and that Jolene's pregnancy holds up, which i believe it will. We live right across the street from each-other. Talk about convenient!! And we were joking one day about how we'll both be pregnant and our hubbies will be whining to each other about how their wives are bitchin and complaining about their pregnancy symptoms!! ha ha!! I can't WAIT for those days!

Sore Nipples are a good sign of progesterone. So I think your progesterone was def turning higher, especially if yours never hurt after Oing.

Your 10DPO so 2 more days till Friday...I better be the first or second person you call and let me know what happened. I cant wait! Remember it could be super faint and not be able to see it, thats how mine was, but you have to remember your testing 2 days earlier. Mine started to get super dark on 14DPO and on.

Im doing good here, sickness is creaping up VERY fast. Most meat makes me want to be sick, so thats just wonderful, but im gonna try and eat cheese and crackers in a second after I finish this work.

This little one is gonna stick I have a feeling, but will know more April 3rd, also will know if its 1 or more in there. Lordy...haha, I think I will end up getting sick at the doctors office because I will be soo nervous, so I will be sitting right next to that door so I can run to the bathroom if I get sick...haha. I cant wait and glad its in the morning, but all I know is if that nurse says oh and its twins, Brannon better be sitting down...haha, but he is prepared as he can be...haha.

well i can't WAIT to find out next Thurs!!! I know this weekend can't get here quick enough! i don't wanna test too early, b/c i'd rather just get my period and not even see another freaking negative!! SO tired of that! What do you think about my nipples being sore? Isn't it funny cause you've talked about that before, at least this month, being pregnant, but i've never had that. I guess that makes me think there' s a chance i could be, although my brain says "i'm not!"

I think its def looking good sweetie, mine always hurt after ovulation, but since you O on your own all the time and your nipples never hurt I def say its looking good sweetie!

Yeah thank goodness we are camping this Saturday night on one of the islands on the lake, so this weekend will fly by thats for sure :)

I sooo hope that you and Jolene get to be preggers together :) You guys are so close and it would be just awesome!

Let me know as soon as ya test. I totally hear ya on the negatives because I got wayyyyy too many of those myself before getting the BFP.

I don't know what to say about the sore nipples since I had no inkling at all that I was pregnant when I took the test and had no symptoms at all until like week 7. But if Jolene says it's good...then it MUST be :))))
