I need some advice

I am at a brick wall as to what to do. I have been taking metformin since August last year. I was pregnant the end of January after using clomid and oviddrell. I did have normal 28 to 32 day cycles with the metformin alone. I m/c February 2nd 2008 and have not had a normal period since. I did not have a d and c done I have gone over 50 days the last 2 cycles and have had to have progesterone to help kick start me. I don't see my obgyn until september but I feel like something is wrong. I get a yeast infection everytime I am due to get my period normally but then don't start. My accupuncturist had me get tsh done an my levels are on the low end. I think i need some help but I don't think I need to see an ob I think maybe I need to see an endocrinologist. I was diagnosed with PCO in august but I am not overweight and actually have lost 10 pounds. What steps do I need to take. My accupuncturist says if we can restore my cycles we may be able to help with the fertility issue.
