I'm dealing with a vaginal odor... please help!!

Hi Dr. Q!! I'm having an embarrassing problem. My last lupron shot for endo was in Sept. I took provera last month and still haven't received a period or spotting. The past few days I've noticed an embarrassing vaginal odor. I never have one so I'm puzzled as to why I have it now. What could be the cause? Plus my underarms have an odor too but its a different smell. Not like body odor. I don't have vaginal itchy or irritation so I don't think its yeast. Is this odor normal after coming off lupron. It'll be 9 weeks this Monday since my last injection. HELP!! Why am I having this? Thank you!!
