I have high LH levels (testing positive for multiple days now) and I'm taking Metformin. Should I be concerned with infertility?

I have cramps and slight pain on lower left side when testing positive on Ovulation Testers. My husband and I have been TTC for a month and I've ovulated multiple times since ending my period. I was previosly on Lutera for BCP. Should I be trying other meds or taking supplements other than prenatals and Metformin?

Clomid may help with your ovulatory dysfunction.

My basal body temps are normal - my temp rises from the low 97's to 98's. Does having high LH but 'normal' basal body mean anything?
