vitex or maca may work ,though they take time...but if u already have several miscarries, why not talk to ur doc...

herbs won't work as good as med...

u should find the underlying reasons as to why u have low P.

Hi redblue

thanks for that, im still looking for answers though, No doc has been able to tell me why? i have been prescribed with progesterone tabs for when i do fall preg, though there is no research to say its proven to help, though it does not say it doesnt help!! and i will use all the help i can get, i have been using maca powder once a day, and this month for the first time i have had sore boobs after ovulation, this can only be a good thing, since i have only ever had that when preg.

i have read that being under stress, your body converts progesterone to cortisol, but how can you stop stressing???

i am a bit more relaxed these days, and just take them as they come, i am more of a positive person, but i do have my off days. lets just keep hopes us for next time.

thank you for your time Redblue!!

so did it work??? i am curious as i was thinking of trying it...i may have endo and i heard it can be good for that as i probably produce too much estrogen...as for progesterone cream..would you start taking it after you ovulate and continue until either af shows or pregnancy? my friend had issues with miscarriage- they determined she had a clotting issue- she was to take 1 aspirin a day (baby) other medication she was put on and take progesterone after ovulation until Af..first month it worked!
