Hi Pinki - my dr tested me for this as I had several miscarriages. Having a septa in your uterus can cause problems if you get pregnant. Including miscarriages. However, you can have the septum removed. Basically it gives you like a heart shaped uterus and they just go in and remove the septum. I don't think its a huge deal, but it is surgery.
Good luck!
Oh, and some women go on to have fine births even with the septum depending on how bad it is.
I think Caseylamp has one and she just delivered a baby girl, check her out on FT - she may have more to tell you than I do.
