hyperviscosity

July 20, 2008

as i am looking at the report from my RE on my DH's SA i just saw on the bottom that it says "moderate hyperviscosity observed" and "sperm count may be inaccuarte due to mild clumping"

This was never brought to our attention or asked to go to a urologist..... what does that word mean and should he be tested for something?

I made him an appt at the urologist just cuz i wanted to talk with them but i would like to know what it means to our fertiliy and his health.

Thx!!

With clumping, sperm counts can be a little off...however, this won't affect Kruger Morphology necessarily
