Hydro and IVF

Dr Q have you seen ladies having successful IVF with hydrosalpinx? Bcoz from pubmed I got papers saying hydrosalpinx can affect IVF outcome and on the other hand there are some papers which says there is no adverse effect. What about ur own experience? My dilemma is that should I have an extensive surgery to remove hydro or to go straight to IVF?
