There is a history of previous ectopic pregnancy with removal of one fallopian tube. Contrast material was injected via Foley's catheter. This outlines the uterine cavity. The uterus is deviated to the right. Contrast also fills the left fallopian tube but there is no extravision into the pelvis. There is no extravision of contrasts into the pelvis. The remaining tube does not appear patent.
So my question I guess is there any point in me doing lap surgery or will I have to go straight to IVF. The results confuse me a little as i know it is blocked but could it be mucous or is it damaged.
Thank you
