DO you mean how the eggs grow? Your body produces FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone). That hormone will encourage the egg follicles (that are already in your ovaries) to grow & to mature. Until one follicle grows the biggest, that will be the chosen one to be released. When the actual follicle burst out of the Ovary, that is called Ovulation.
