how to read Spermogram?
July 22, 2008
My husband and I are having fertility tests done. While my doctor says he has some problem with his sperm, his doctor says he is all good. It's a military clinic, so that's how thing work there. Anyway, what would you say about these numbers?
volume=2.5 ph semen = 8 sperm cnt= 53 sperm m/tot= 47.4 sperm rap/100= 24.7 sperm rapid/100-sperm slw/100= 13.5 sperm slow/100-sperm np/100= 9.2 sper nonprogressive/100= 29
We have a consultation scheduled with a fertitily doctor, but it will be only in 4 weeks, so if you know what all those numbers mean, could you please help us? Thanks.
