How to lose a few more pound before getting pregnant?? ANY TIPS??

Okay, so I am actually a pretty healthy girl..that being said, I DO have high blood pressure and fibromyalgia so it does make certain things a little more difficult to do. I am 26 years old and am currently working with 3 different doctors in trying to get me off as much medication as possible before we conceive.

ANYWAYS I am short...like 5 feet tall and weigh 130 pounds. I have NEVER weighed that much before but for some reason I can't get any weight off. I do RARELY snack on high fat foods, I don't drink soda, I avoid salt intake whenever possible, I chase after 6 kids all day (not all of them are mine...lol) and I eat VERY healthy. WHY CAN'T I GET THESE LAST FEW POUNDS OFF?!?!?!

I weighed 122 before I got pregnant with my son. I lost ALL my baby weight and when my health got really bad for a few weeks about 4 months ago I gained weight and now cannot lose it. I have tried EVERYTHING! HELP!!!!

Any tips or advise? THANKS EVERYONE! :)

I would focus on eating 6 small meals a day...cut all white carbs, but keep eating good carbs! You could have oatmeal with milk in the morning (not the packages kind- too much sugar and sodium!), then snack on almonds, then do a salad for lunch with a lean protien (or a wrap, but make sure its whole wheat), then snack on some fruit, then yogurt or a protien bar...then a healthy dinner: maybe fish with a veggie and a little whole wheat pasta or couscous... that's how i used to eat before i was pregs! ;)

But you need to make sure that you are getting enough calories so that your body doesn't hoarde away any fats you eat. You should also be working out several times a week...

oh and drink 10 glasses of water a day...a lot of times people think they are hungry when they are really thirsty! :)
