what kind of changes in women body that will tell that ovulation has ocurred that means rupture.
Once the follicle ruptures, the egg lives 12-24 hours, so you can catch it then. But it's always better to have intercourse before ovulation and have the sprem waiting for the egg, not vice versa. The sperm can live 3-4 days during the fertile window, and it's always difficult to pin-point when ovulation exactly happens. Good luck!

Sticky white thicker vaginal discharge.
sore,tender breasts is the most common indication that ovulation occured.
Other PMS symptoms like nausea, hunger, tiredness etc.
Not all womeen experience the last 2 symptoms though.
best test is to get blood tested for progesterone 7 DPO.
