how to get regular ovulation without taking any hormone tablets

I am trying to get pregnant for last two months but my ovulation dates are differing so i could make out when is my ovulation date so please suggest me how get the regular ovulation that is on 14th day

having ovulation days on different days is completely normal, so long as it doesn't take more than 21days to get to ovulate.....In fact, it is belived that only 12% of all women actually consistently ovulate on the same day...

Hey Shyla start using Ovulation Prediction Kits. They will tell u exactly when ur ovulating so u can time the intercourse. U can buy them at walmart or target, pharmacies etc or online. Good Luck
