how would i be able to get a high sperm count because i used to smoke alot of weed and me and my wife are trying to have a child but because of me we can't. We have been trying for 6 months now and nothing so can you please help me out.

I'm assuming you had a semen analysis done before showing a low sperm count. If you're count is low, your best bet for achieving a pregnancy would be through IUI or IVF+ICSI. Regardless, an evaluation by a Urologist may help.
For now, some fertility supplements may help and you can purchase these on-line without a prescription, these include Fertile One, Proxeed, or FertilityBlend.
