HI THERE
I din't want to spend hepes on these kids of things as we know TTC
can start to add up in cost,
So i put my DH on zinc plus tablets,
And Ginkgo Biloba
There both natural vitamins
Because he like to have a drink or two and i was worried about his sperm also his 43yrs old,
This month was his first month on these tablet
And i got my BFP 10dpo, this month
And we also used pre-seed, but cheaper to use is veggie oil...cheeper.
Honestly I don"t know if any of this really helped.
All I can say is I got pregnant this month.
I hope this helps you and you post your BFP soon
Good Luck!!!!

I'm assuming you had a semen analysis done before showing a low sperm count. If you're count is low, your best bet for achieving a pregnancy would be through IUI or IVF+ICSI. Regardless, an evaluation by a Urologist may help.
For now, some fertility supplements may help and you can purchase these on-line without a prescription, these include Fertile One, Proxeed, or FertilityBlend. If you wish to learn more about low sperm counts, I encourage you to search through this site for more info, and keep us posted on your progress.
