So if you go in on Friday you would be 6DPO, if you go in on Monday 9DPO, so I would honestly probably do Friday if I were you, unless your insurance covers you getting your progesterone tested (mine didnt thats why I went on a week day at my doctors office because if not I had to go to the hospital and it was 100 bucks more from the 70 I was already paying). How to calculate DPO after Positive OPK?

OK, since I finally O'd this month, I got a VERY positive OPK on CD15, same day I had a follie screen. So if I ovulated around 12-36 hours after positive opk, what day do I count as 1DPO? I am on cd18 today. But don't know what DPO I am? Can you help? Also, I go for Progesterone B/W on day23, but day 23 lands on a saturday, should I go friday before, or is it better to wait until Monday after? Thanks for all your help! :)

On CD23 you will be 7DPO, and I would say it wouldnt hurt to go in on that Friday, I always went on 7DPO, but if it fell on a Saturday or Sunday I either went that Friday or Monday, depending on when my 7DPO fell on. Your peak is on 7DPO, and that just so happens to be CD23 for you, which is great, because lots of doctors like for you to come in on CD23, even if they dont know if you will be 7DPO, 6DPO, 8DPO, who knows. I always just called after I ovulated and set up my appointment for 7DPO or the closest to it, if that makes sense.
