How soon after Mirena IUD removal can you get pregnant?

I had my IUD removed this month. Took a HPT and it showed a very faint line. Could I possibly be pregnant. We are trying for baby #4. Any answers would be helpful.

you should take a test again, since sometimes it can take a few weeks/months before your periods become regular but it's always possible.

good luck and please keep us posted!
