But, if is no more than 1, why the doctors recommend clomid for increase the chances of pregnancy?? I have never had problems with my periods, and I think I ovulate every month I mean, I have the symptoms, and I have tested with those ovulating trackong and have been ovulating each month, can clomid help me to release more than 1 egg then?

It can release more than one, but only by checking with an ultrasound can you tell before hand...unless you get pregnant and find out later you had twins.

You can think of Clomid this way...since it creates a greater release of FSH/LH to "feed" the follicles (sac that has the egg), even if you just make one follicle, it will be "healthier and stronger" because of the extra FSH/LH than if Clomid was not used which does increase pregnancy rates...

If you have unexplained infertility, search for this in this site and you'll find different pregnancy rates for different treatments.

Yep, just simply use an OPK to see when you're about to ovulate
