How long to wait to TTC after 3rd consecutive miscarriage

My RE told me not to get pregnant after my 3rd I accidentally did and had a 4th miscarriage. He was very strict with me not to get pregnant until they knew what was wrong. A few months later I was given the meds I needed and told all clear got pregnant and had DD. I see you are under the care of your RE, so I would ask them what they prefer. your mom is just more than likely concerned for you and that is understandable. My FIL told me the same thing, but it really had no bearing on the situation whether I waited or not, that wasn't the issue. I was told by my OB to have 2 cycles before trying again and my RE told me that you can begin to try again with the next cycle granted you were not that far a long, however I was not allowed too.
