As you may know, I've been trying the Instead Softcup to ttc...
My DH ejaculates into the cup and then I insert it, sometimes with a little spillage but most all of it stays in the cup. I've been doing alright with it, and we've used it succesfully three times this month. However, today (the last fertile day I believe) we decided to try one more time and I had a little trouble inserting the cup. It was probably 2 minutes before I was able to insert it. How long can sperm survive in that condition once exposed to air?
