How long after Ovulation can you get pregnant?

No he was out of the country for 2 weeks! And he got back on the Saturday, so that was the only time we could BD.

I was thinking that I probably missed it as well !!! :-(

I think I'm just trying to get my hopes up that anything could be possible!

I would agree...but one shred of hope is that you may have been a little stressed out about him being away, and ovulated later (even though you surged on Tuesday.) It can happen...but I would not put "all your eggs in one basket" or be too disappointed if it turns out this month was missed. The really cool thing is that you likely are ovulating (with the +opk) and you should be able to better pinpoint it for next month.....Just in time for the holidays or new years, eh? :O) Best Best Wishes for a BFP!!

Well, what made me think was I am on CD37 now and still no AF. I have been on Metformin for about 5 months and each cycle was between 32 and 35 days - so this is the longest cycle. I did a HPT this morning but negative. :-(

So I kind of hope that I get AF soon as I don't want a longer cycle than 37 days!!!!

Next month would be great in time for Christmas or New Years!!!

You are so welcome. i totally understand the stress of it all. :) Just remember again...don't be too disappointed. I know it is sooo much easier to say than to do when TTC. But that is good news that you are either close to the bfp or close to AF. Then you don't at least have any more of the miserable 2ww to agonize.
