I had a d and c done almost 2months ago my hcg levels returned to 0 (Sept 8)2weeks ago i assumed this was my period, but i have been spotting and bleeding since (August 11). I am worried could something be wrong.

Most likely nothing is wrong (so long as all yearly gyne exams normal) as this could be some atrophic bleeding... However, if this goes on for months and/or you develop a fever, let your doc know..
Soon enough, if you had periods before, most likely you'll get ovulatory cycles
