How Do I get Pregnant if I lose my ovary & tube?

What would be the next step w/TTC? Is clomid & HCG as the next step even an option? Or would we have to move on to something much more aggressive? I am a nervous wreck & just trying to prepare myself for the worse possible outcome-that way if I wake up from the surgery & that is what my reality is I will hopefully not freak.
