Hopeful!!!!

My husband and i have been ttc for a long time, i went to the doc. and she put me on some meds. which is working and now my mother in law says she been dreaming of fish(everyone should know what that mean)and i've been feeling sick and having dizzy spells, but i'm afraid to take a hpt. what should I do? I don't want to be disappointed.
