High Prolactin level

Oh I just posted a post about prolactin! Do you have any signs?

Did the doctor give you and meds for it?

my prolactin was 5322 had to have m.r.i was put on dosinex / carbergoline

my boobs were leakin milk headaches and weight gain my weight is back down and my prolactin is 8.8 after 12 months

My signs are headache and a very light and also irregular peroid. the doc sent me to a MRI and told me that possible treatment could pills are radiation treatment i am very worried being that i want to get preggo and all .

you take the tablets untill your levels re turn to normal when my docotr found ot my levels were 5322 he wanted me in hosp for a few days and had all kinds of test do your boobs leak mile and do u have a sex drive i never when my levels were high now my levels r bk to normal i have a big sex drive and have to have check ups all the time were your levels in the thousands long

Not me - Holly from this site had high levels after giving birth 4 years ago so doc put her on meds for it. I don’t knwo if she had an MRI done but I know she would tell you about her experience - she is a doll!

Thats great that they are so low now! What are they spose to be - and where did the tumor go - did you have surgery and where was teh tumor? Sorry for all the ?'s but i know nothing about this and am curious!!

can be alot of thing i think mine was from when i m/c twins or from the depo injection i ovulate every month and had all the tests and all is fine and bf count is good am 23.

NO my boobs are not leaking, my sex drive seems to be o.k and my prolcatin level was never in the thousands it is just in the hundreds.
