High FSH and AZO Male Factor
August 07, 2008
My husband was diagnosed with a LOW count 9 years ago (about 10Million), which dropped lower 7 years ago to (abougt 6 Million), and is now zero. They have found a very minor verico but don't think that's the primary problem because his FSH levels are high. So they've scheduled TESE to see if he's producing sperm at all. If it's just a blockage issue (because he HAD a normal count when we met, and I've gotten pregnant successfully without assistance twice 12 and 13 years ago by him), is there any chance of IUI or a procedure we can afford???

Chances are he's undergoing Testicular Failure and blockage is most likely not the problem. If they're able to recover sperm, the only way to achieve a pregnancy would be through IVF + ICSI
