high BBT negative HPT

I am on 17 dpo with a high sustained BBT of 98.6. I took a HPT this morning and received a negative result.
Background: We have been trying to get pregnant with a 2nd child for 11 months now and I have been charting and charted with baby#1. My average cycle is 30 days with a luteal phase of 12-14 days. My cycles have been really regular except 2 months ago when my doctor checked my hormone levels and put me on progesterone during my luteal phase. During that month, my temps stayed high for 19 days and my period was no more than spotting only for about 5-6 days (starting at the regular time of 13 dpo). My temperature droppped when I stopped the progesterone and I have not gone on it again.
nothing has been stressful this month until now and I am not sure what is wrong with my body.

Since it's been about 11months, maybe a good idea to visit a doc for a fertility check-up and to possibly receive treatments....secondary infertility in not uncommon and should consider starting here
