Hi, my husband has been prescribed Ciprocinal 500mg (active ingredient Ciprofloxacin) for a UTI. He has to take it for 10 days. Is it ok for us to keep trying to conceive this month?

Hi, my husband has been prescribed Ciprocinal 500mg (active ingredient Ciprofloxacin) for a UTI. He has to take it for 10 days. Is it ok for us to keep trying to conceive this month?

I'm confused as I know that sperm are produced on a roughly three month cycle.
