Yep, although Clomid for the most part only works for the month being used, it does stay in the system for about 2-3 months..

i ovulate on my own and was thinking about taking some time off the clomid i was given.
The doctor has said she thinks this is a good idea.
Ironically i fell pregnant 2 months ago when i stopped the clomid, which sadly ended in a chemical. I told her i stopped the clomid and fell pregnant and she said that clomid stays in your system for a while.
This led me to wonder how long it actually stays in your system for and if it would be worth me taking one month on clomid then one month off seeing as i ovulate on my own anyways and clomid is just to give me a boost.
