well they didnt see a sac or anything. He said my uterus lining was thicking. Is that still normal?

I just got back from the doc. I found out I am pregnant!!! They did an ultrasound to check on the cyst that I had. It is gone. But he saw what he said looked like a collapsed cyst on my right side. He did not see anything in the uterus. But wanted to keep a check on me to make sure it wasnt a tubercal pregnancy.
My Questions.....
1. I am probably about 4 weeks preggo...is it too early to see anything in the uterus?
2. What is a collapsed cyst?
3. I just missed my period today. Would I get a + pregancy test this early if it was a tubercal pregnancy?

i know im trying!!! I had a cyst on my left side that has just went away so im hoping it was just another cyst that came back on the other side. Who knows...I just hope I can carry this one to term and have a healthy baby.

OK Here goes.............
May 9th HPT + 5:00am
May 9th went in for B/W = Beta:134 Prog:49.6
May 15th went in for B/W = Beta:1396 Prog:46.8
May 19th I was 5weeks 1day had my 1st U/S all we saw was a yolk sac.
June 2nd I was 7weeks 1day had my 2nd U/S baby Heart beat was 146 and measured 7weeks 1day.
June 16th I was 9weeks 1day had my 3rd U/S baby measured 9weeks 5day.
July 14th I was 13weeks 5days and we got to hear the baby heart beat on the Doppler.
I hope this helped you. I go back on August 11th for U/S to see what the baby's gender is!

awwww....im soooooo excited for you!!! I had an u/s yesterday to check on a cyst I had and they didnt see anything. I hope its just to early. I had a cyst on my left side now he said it looked like I had a collapsed cyst on my right side. Im praying so hard that it is just a cyst and not a tubal pregnancy. I have had 2 m/c's and I really hope this one sticks!!!

1. Yes too early to see anything via U/S. Earliest is about 5 1/2-6 W.
2.Collapsed cyst could very well be the corpus luteal cyst which is the follicle from which the egg matured
3. You would get a + preggo test definately 14 days after ur confirmed ovulation. So, irrespective of tubal or uterine pregnancy, u will get a + HPT.
Im sure ur Dr has blood drawn to ensure the HCG is rising as it should!
