You may have PCOS, one of the most common medical conditions around that keeps you from ovulating and having periods. If so, given that you haven't had a period in over a year and especially if you're now over 30, you run a risk of developing endometrial cancer and would visit a doc for an endometrial biopsy. We hope that it's negative, and once so...then you can ovulate through a combination of weight loss, clomid +/- metformin so that you can get pregnant again. Well i am 21 now and i had this sort of process since i got my period at 13. I had my period for 3 months then it went away and didnt come back untill i was fourteen and a half. Then it was every month after that i had my period which seemed normal! I got pregnant at 15 and had my son at 16 years old and my period seemed normal and then my docter gave me the pill so i wont get pregnant and then a year later it got irregular and now this! Thanks for the advice and i will check it out!
