I have one child whos turning 6 this december and i cant seem to get pregnant! I have irregular periods and havent had one since the begining of november of 2006! Can you please help me and i dont use birth control! Havent used it since my sone was 6 months old!

You may have PCOS, one of the most common medical conditions around that keeps you from ovulating and having periods. If so, given that you haven't had a period in over a year and especially if you're now over 30, you run a risk of developing endometrial cancer and would visit a doc for an endometrial biopsy. We hope that it's negative, and once so...then you can ovulate through a combination of weight loss, clomid +/- metformin so that you can get pregnant again.
