Have you ever heard of only following up on a cyst during AF??

Anybody?? I'm so confused :(((

i had a few cysts after a round of follistim and IUI and all they said was "come back on day 3 of your next period" so thats what i did.

Hi Wendy, I also had a cyst and they wanted to check it while I had my period too so I went in on dat 2 of my period to have it checked. I have no clue why they need to check it during your period! Dont worry though, how long have you had it? Mine was the size of a lemon and it was gone in 2 weeks.

Stupid Dr office did not tell me that the thing could only be checked during AF & now I am CD15 so it is too late! They did say that I should call during my cycle to set up the apt for the HSG if I wanted to go ahead & do it-guess they just assumed I would & they'd check both at the same time.

I'm so mad I could scream!! I was already not liking this office cause they treat you like you are one of a million patients (it's a really huge group) & the apt's are in & out, no time for too many ?? Now we will be out of town on vacation when AF is supp to show again & it is another month down the drain.

i would deff look into other options and offices if you arent comfy there, this is very important that you feel good about your doc and the office.

The receptionists at the office know my voice and call me by name when i walk into the office as well as all the nurses (there are only 4 or 5) and they ALWAYS get back to me or have the doc get back to me the very day i call even if its at 7pm.

I switched to this Dr office when I changed jobs because they are much closer to my office & it is easier to zip by there for blood work & stuff & not miss too much time from work. I have already been considering going back to my old Dr-who was great & always knew who I was. Thought maybe I was being silly & too picky & was trying to hang in there. That's why I even called them today :((
