Has anyone tired vitex, evening primrose oil, and b-12 for infertility help?

Rebecca, I have never used vitex but I have taken evening primrose oil which is supposed to be taking prior to ov'ing and not after as if you get pg, it is not supposed to be taken, so only up until ov'ing and it did help me. I have taken b12 but it is a multi I purchase called Michael's Female Reproductive factors which is all natural and somewhat similar to Fertilaid, but this DID increase my CM and actually I just started taking it this past month and my AF showed up early by 3 days, but I had 32 day cycles on average, so I think it is doing something. The EWCM though was just amazing to me, because I Never had that much. Best of luck and i hear chaste berry (vitex) is terrific.

You know people will roll their eyes at me when I say some of this stuff does work. I believe in doctors also. I Love my doctor actually and I am lucky she listens to me also, but some of this eastern thinking of vitamins/minerals/herbs do work. Evening primrose creates good cm also for ovulation time, but you are not supposed to take it after that because it can effect a possible pregnancy. Best of luck...

absolutely I believe in some of the stuff. I am lucky that i have an open minded doctor as well who does not dismiss this stuff either, but peppermint oil and tea is the BEST with tummy issues. I am going to buy vitex this cycle also. I am on cd4 now. Where are you at and how are you doing with your cycle? Are you on any meds? Not me.

Rebecca, you are right, the online is the only place to get it. I hear though that vitex takes a few months or at least 6 weeks to kick in. I am not on any meds either, perhaps our 'natural' thinking will create the 'miracle' for us naturally! lol! good luck and i will keep you posted and you do the same !!!!

OMG Rebecca, I had a m/c back in September also. That is really cool that you feel the positive side of it. I felt that way when I started taking the michael's female reproductive factors because I think it has some of those things in it, I am not sure. Someone was talking about taking some multi liquid on here and they got pregnant immediately! Gerisol or something? I am wicked into natural stuff, so lets see what happens ...I will order the vitex soon. I took the primrose oil for a month but then ran out and did not buy it again, I really should. Keep me posted!!!
