Hope I agree with Meghan, I have a friend who have 2 kids very much close in age, I believe she got preggo the 2nd month after she delivered.. It was a full term birth, but definately ALOT of work to have 2 babies so close in age

10 W post delivery here and I am having what I think is my period.
Also, "medically" when is it safe to TTC again? Is the uterus strong enough to hold a new pregnancy? or needs more time to heal? My Dr said 3 months. But thats more being a friendly advise interms of handling 2 infants at the same time.
But from a medical perspective when is it ok?

correct, it's ok pretty much to start the following month after delivery if that's what one really want's...if there was an episiotomy or other cuts during childbirth, we recommend two months to allow for healing of these tissues, so that they don't "reopen" during BD...
If there were no cuts, then the uterus is technically fine the following month
