Gonal-f and Hcg

your doc will tell you when to take the trigger shot (HCG) and they will tell you when you have enough mature follies to ovulate by checking with an u/s.

I never spotted on my injectables - i would call and ask the RE about that.

Oh, and you will usually ovulate 36 hours after the shot is taken.

i didnt take injectables, but did have 4 hcg triggers.

Thanks ladies? Do any of you know what your estrogen levels were during shots of gonal-f if you took them?

my estrogen was 61.2 on day 1 of shots, 863 on day 5 of shots, 1355 on day 7 of shots, 2000 on day 8 of shots and on day 9 i triggered.

Oaky I am screwed Mine were 51 on cd8 on 75 iu of gonal-f he is upping my dose tonight but I think that its to late now :(

did you start your meds on day 3 of the cycle? you are only 4 days in - plenty of time to get those going. Most of the time you are on injectables for 10-11 days before triggering.

I started on cd 2 so I am on my 8thday of shots already
