Getting ready to do IUI and need a friend!!

I have twins that we conceieved naturally 14 years ago. We were 19. We weren't very careful when we were young and we ended up pregnant (7 times) over the years and they all resulted in miscarriages. We wern't trying to conceive and I thought the stress of an unwanted pregnancy had always lead to my miscarriage. Until we really tried to concieve again and we have been trying now for 5 years without success. I have tried 6 rounds of Clomid, last two we did IUI. First one once a BFP (50 mg of clomid and timed relations) we lost her in a car accident when I was five months pregnant two years ago. I am now on my third month of Femara and this time we are moving to IUI. The need to conceive consumes me. My husbands count is great and they can't find any reason for our problems. My recent FSH level was a 4.9. I need some success stories please!! Thanks for listening!!
