I had an abortion in 02 (I was 21) and didn't get pregnant again until July 2008 but when I went to the Dr for my 20 wks check up on Nov 26th they couldn't find a heart beat. On Nov 27th I had a D&C. I was devastated. I got pregnant again in Feb 2009 but had a miscarriage on March 27th, 09. I want to get pregnant again but I am very scared. I want to get on bc but my Dr said to wait for my period b4 I start taking them, I haven't get a period yet. I'm very worried because I don't know if I could be pregnant or not. So, how long after a miscarriage should one wait to ttc again? Is it safe to get pregnant so soon after a mc? And can I ovulate without getting my period? I would appreciate any advise you guys give me.

i know how you feel 2 weeks i had a natural miscarriage : ( and my hubby and i also wanna try again asap. but im currently still bleeding, so at the moment my main focus is when this bleeding is gonna stop. sorry to take the subject off of you lol, but i really so understand your concern. ive read that ovulation can occur as early as 14 days after a miscarriage, and ive heard from MANY people that you're extremly fertil after pregnancy. and that increased firtility lasted up to 4-6 weeks. but honestly just have faith in yourself and God, and he WILL bless you with a beautiful baby sooner than you know : ) and "it always happens when you least expect it to!!!" you'll see!

I had my HGC levels checked on March 31st and they were 0. My Dr said everything was out and I should get my period in the next couple of weeks but I haven't. About 3 weeks ago I had a little bit of spotting; just for one day though, I'm just a little concerned. I want to go see my Dr but everytime I go I get bad news :( I'm just afraid he's going to tell me something I don't want to hear.

Angefish, I am very sorry for your lost. I know how you feel. How are you doing, emotionally? I'm still a wreck over the 1st mc so the 2nd just made it worse.
