Hello. My DH and I had been ttc for 18months when we got our bfp. I had surgery for endometriosis in July and during an hsg during surgery they noted both tubes blocked. They performed surgery to unblock. Follow up HSG showed one tube blocked and one partially blocked. We were told to do IVF (finances wouldn't allow so we kept trying on our own). I bought instead cups and was on fertil aid. We got our BFP and are currently a little over 8 weeks. Don't know if it was the surgery, instead cups, or what but my dr. said it is a miracle this baby is in the uterus (and not the tubes because of my tube issues). Good luck!
